2) Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Restrictions

• No copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, scraping, or distributing Content, except as permitted by fair use or with our prior written consent.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Site’s source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
• No removal or alteration of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONEY WORKS GROUP AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator in Collin County, Texas. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award individual relief permitted by law but may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. This Section does not apply to equitable relief for intellectual-property misuse or data-security breaches, which may be sought in court.

If a court finds the class-action waiver unenforceable, this arbitration Section will be unenforceable, and the claim must proceed in court in Collin County, Texas.

13) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

15) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental notices on the Site) form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
• Headings: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
